Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This week we are featuring one of our favorite spots to see the Winnie the Pooh characters and catch a bite to eat, Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom. This beautiful building located directly on the hub of the Magic Kingdom is modeled after the Crystal Palace in Hyde Park that was built to house the Great Exhibition in 1851. The Crystal Palace is a buffet style restaurant where Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, and Tigger come around to greet guests right at your table. The buffet is full of some great flavors including prime rib, slow roasted pork, chicken, veggies, a salad section, and a sundae bar. Selections vary at this restaurant depending on the season. Keep in mind this is a character meal and if you would like to see all the characters be sure to give yourself at least 1 hour for dining as it does take some time for them to circle the restaurant. No worries though, there is enough food to keep you occupied while you wait :).

Our Favorite Food This Week: Barbecued Pork Sandwich
Location: Landscape of Flavors Food Court – Art of Animation

Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This week we head over to the Art of Animation resort and the Landscape of Flavors Food Court. I’m always a big fan of the waffle sandwich so I had to try the BBQ Pork Sandwich which is Shredded Pork Piled on a Cornbread Waffle and Drizzled with Chipotle Barbecue Sauce with House- made Chips or Coleslaw. I really enjoyed the sweetness of the waffle and the rich flavor of the quality pork. I would definitely purchase this one again.

Our Favorite Food This Week: Warm Cinnamon Roll
Location: Gaston’s Tavern – Magic Kingdom Fantasyland

Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This week’s Favorite Food comes from Gaston’s Tavern in New Fantasyland. As you enter the Magic Kingdom early in the morning and you are looking for a cinnamon roll many often think of the Main St Bakery. But, we recommend you continue walking to the back of the park and into Gaston’s Tavern. These are not your standard cinnamon roll, they are huge, moist, warm, and covered in frosting. Just look at the frosting goodness.
