Our Favorite Food This Week:  Guinness Beef Stew
Location: Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Irelan

Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends.  This week we head outside the parks and across the pond to the Guinness Storehouse in Dublin Ireland.   As the weather cools here in America one of our favorite dishes to warm up with is a hearty beef stew.  On our Adventures by Disney trip to Ireland last year we stopped by the Guinness Storehouse for a tour and some amazing Guinness Beef Stew.   The stew was thick, hot, and full of flavor.   Highly recommended if you find yourself at the Storehouse.    Here is a link to the recipe if you can’t make it there.   And the video below walks you through step by step.   Enjoy!

Our Favorite Food This Week:  Cinnamon Bun
Location: Starring Rolls Cafe, Hollywood Studios
Price: $3.19

Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends.  This week we head over to Hollywood Studios where Hollywood Boulevard meets Sunset Boulevard, welcome to the Starring Rolls Cafe.   For us breakfast usually consists of whatever you can eat while standing in line waiting for rope drop.   On occasion we will take our time and stop at one of the parks bakery establishments to grab a bite, my favorites are always the cinnamon buns or rolls.   These found at the Starring Rolls hit the spot, though I do like my frosting and could use a bit more than what these had on them that day.

Price: All inclusive price – Adult price range: $66.96-$71.83; Child (ages 3-9) : $40.84-$43.24

Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends.   This week we act like royalty and head to Cinderella’s Castle at the Magic Kingdom.   As you step into the castle everything is perfect, you get to meet Cinderella and head upstairs for an amazing meal.   While you eat more princesses visit you at your table, you might get to see Belle, Jasmine, and even Snow White.   A fun gift is also part of your meal, a princess wand for girls and a prince’s sword for boys!   Be sure to save room for dessert, there is a small selection and our favorite is always the chef’s trio.   “Cinderella sent her Chefs around the world to discover new desserts. They are happy to share three of their favorites with you.”  This dessert does vary, but in this case we received a cheesecake, a mousse, and a fruit tart.   All were very good.

If you would like to experience this amazing meal – be sure to do so soon, Cinderella’s Royal Table will be closed from Jan 5 to March 6 in 2015 for a refurbishment which will likely mean an update to the menu as well.   Stay up to date on Disney World’s refurbishments here.
