This week I continue my dessert addiction. We tried many things at this years Food and Wine festival, but one of my favorite desserts was the Apple Strudel with Werther’s Original Karamel and Vanilla Sauce. Yes Werther’s sauce. I definitely would have liked to have some vanilla ice cream on the side, but this dessert was amazing.
So much food at the Food and Wine we couldn’t try it all, what was your favorites?

That looks delicious, but I agree that it would be even better with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Yum!
DROOOOLLLLL. I agree with Heidi – some vanilla bean ice cream would make it perfection. 🙂
