This week’s favorite food comes from the Lotus Blossom Cafe in China at Epcot. We were wondering Epcot one day after having a snack in Norway and happened upon the Lotus Blossom. Being that we were not starving we were able to grab an order of egg rolls and the orange chicken to split. Though we liked the eggs rolls best out of the meal, the orange chicken had good flavor and the rice was cooked well and not overly sticky.
If you enjoy Chinese food, the Lotus Blossom will definitely fit the bill. For the $8.49 price you have a choice of Orange Chicken, Beef Noodle Soup Bowl, Shrimp Fried Rice, Vegetarian Stir Fry, or Sesame Chicken Salad.
I stop by for egg rolls almost every time we visit! I’ve never tried anything else there, though, because the rest of my family doesn’t do Chinese (well, with the exception of Ashley – I finally got her hooked on it too!)
