Welcome to this week’s Favorite Food Friday where we share our favorite foods with our friends. This week we head to the Food (Flower) and Garden Festival at Epcot to China and the Lotus House food booth.
The Spring Pancake consists of a pancake style wrap with chicken and apples. We loved the taste of this and the sweetness of the apples made it more interesting. What is your favorite food at the Flower and Garden festival this year?
Interesting. I’m not a pancake person (I think they’re too thick and spongy) but this doesn’t really look like a typical pancake to me and the filling is certainly interesting. I’d be willing to give it a try.
