This past week Disney Parks Blog released the amazing video below of an onboard view of the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It looks so amazing, love how smooth it looks and what great views of the castle. Our Hidden Mickey this week is found on the Peter Pan’s Flight Attraction at the Magic Kingdom. Just as you enter the ride, be sure to look down at Nana’s dog house. Just in front of the dog house entrance is a Mickey. It’s pretty tough to see if your eyes haven’t adjusted to the darkness yet. Below are a couple shots, one close up to help you see it better.
Nana is a Newfoundland in the 1953 animated film Peter Pan. When George is leaving Wendy’s room he trips over Nana which is how she ends up in the dog house. Attempting to take her with to Neverland was stopped because of her leash. But Nana is there for their return and back in the house and out of the dog house.
What is your favorite Hidden Mickey?

Did You Know Today’s Tiggerific Tuesday Trivia About The First Interactive Rides
Many queues and rides today are being built with guest interactivity. This not only makes the ride and queues more enjoyable for the guest, but also ensures a repeat visit as the ride is different each time. Though new rides such as Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin and Toy Story Mania have improved the interactivity with technology, there are two attractions that have been around from the early days of Disney that were the first to offer an interactive ride. Which two would they be…… take a look at the pictures below for a big hint.
The Mad Tea Party is technically first as it opened day 1, July 17th 1955 with Dumbo opening on August 16, 1955 due to some fiberglass issues. Both of these rides still operate today and have lines that continue to show their popularity. On Dumbo the guest is able to use the lever to fly Dumbo higher or lower. On the Mad Tea Party, guests are able to spin their tea cup faster, slower, or in the opposite direction.

Did You Know Today’s TIGGERIFIC TUESDAY TRIVIA On which way the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel turns??
This one made me think, hmm which way do some of the rides turn. Do you know which way the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel turns? Clockwise or Counter-Clockwise. Think hard, or look ahead to our picture for a big hint.
The answer is…. counter-clockwise. The Astro Orbiter does a better job keeping time as it turns with the clock.
